About the role

  • We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Technical Recruiter (Part Time) to join our team.
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top tech talent to fill positions with our MSP clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to final offer negotiation.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, cloud specialists and other IT-related positions.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates skills and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and legal requirements.
  • Work arrangement: 4 hours daily work commitment; must follow US timezones.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a technical recruiter in the US market, preferably within the IT or tech industry, hiring for US-based clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with MSP business models and the specific technical skill sets required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates from various technical backgrounds.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Understanding of tech industry trends and market dynamics (preferred).
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment (preferred).
  • Must be able to follow US timezones and highlight US tech hiring experience on resume.
