We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Technical Recruiter (Part Time) to join our team.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top tech talent to fill positions with our MSP clients.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to final offer negotiation.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, cloud specialists and other IT-related positions.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates skills and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.
Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and legal requirements.
Work arrangement: 4 hours daily work commitment; must follow US timezones.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) as a technical recruiter in the US market, preferably within the IT or tech industry, hiring for US-based clients.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
Familiarity with MSP business models and the specific technical skill sets required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates from various technical backgrounds.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Understanding of tech industry trends and market dynamics (preferred).
Previous experience working in a remote environment (preferred).
Must be able to follow US timezones and highlight US tech hiring experience on resume.
