About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Partner with US-based clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards to source and engage global talent.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Provide regular recruitment insights and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or international recruitment (preferably for US clients).
- Strong understanding of global hiring practices and technical/non-technical roles.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work during US EST hours (5 PM – 1 AM SAST).
- Strong organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
