Property Manager
PRIME HR Agentur®Property Manager overseeing the management of residential and commercial properties in Munich. Engaging in tasks related to tenant relationships, contracts, and property upkeep.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent and professional management of high-quality commercial properties in good to very good locations in Munich
- Preparation and processing of lease agreement documents and operating cost statements
- Preparation and review of recurring rent invoices and rent adjustments
- Electronic recording of all tenant and contract data
- Point of contact for all inquiries from tenants, insurers, authorities and service providers
- Support for owners on all property management matters
- Coordination and supervision of maintenance and repair works
- Coordination of the (re-)letting process
- Diverse responsibilities within a well-established company
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have successfully completed real-estate-specific vocational training or a relevant degree / certification (e.g., Immobilienfachwirt) and therefore possess solid knowledge of tenancy and contract law
- You have professional experience in commercial property administration
- You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills and a high level of commitment
- You work independently, accurately and with attention to detail
- You are proficient in standard MS Office applications
