Senior People & Culture Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategy to business priorities
- - Provide both strategic direction and hands-on delivery across a broad range of people initiatives
- - Lead organisational design and workforce planning
- - Drive engagement and performance through leadership capability
- - Use data and insight to identify risks, opportunities, and targeted actions
- - Coach and challenge senior leaders
- - Support talent and succession planning
- - Lead complex change initiatives such as restructures, acquisitions, and business transformation
- - Play a key role in strengthening culture and driving engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Proven experience in a senior People Partnering / HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, global environment
- - Track record of influencing senior leaders and delivering business outcomes through people strategy
- - Strong experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leading complex change initiatives
- - Commercially minded, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions
- - Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to coach and challenge at senior level
- - Data-literate, using insight to drive decisions and action
- - Strong working knowledge of UK, US, and Canadian employment law, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions
- - CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent)
