About the role
- Draft and prepare medical communication materials (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide decks, presentations)
- Ensure grammatical and scientific accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
- Fact-check content and incorporate internal and external feedback
- Adapt writing style and terminology to client preferences
- Manage assigned projects to meet deadlines and track time against project budgets
- Collaborate with scientific and client services colleagues
- Conduct in-depth research on therapeutic areas, competitors, and products
- Maintain proficiency with relevant software and stay informed on compliance and industry best practices
- Develop scientific writing expertise and contribute to high-quality client deliverables
Requirements
- A life sciences degree, ideally combined with a science Masters or PhD
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of standard computer software e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe, Excel
