About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Uphold award-winning safety protocols across corporate and project sites
Report to the Corporate EHS Assistant Manager
Collaborate closely with the Site Operations teams
Maintain existing training plans established by EHS Leadership
Select approved training methods or activities
Apply OSHA principles and stay current with regulations
Solicit and gather feedback from assigned regions and projects
Collaborate on project kickoff, job site requirements, auditing, training, incidents, tracking, and PPE requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

A two- or four-year accredited degree in an EHS-related field
Additional certifications such as 500, 502, 501, CHSO, OHST, SSH, SHEP, and OSHA 30 in construction may be considered
Preferred three to five years of experience in industrial automation, electrical, and safety construction
Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (but not required)
Experience with e-learning platforms and competent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
