About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Uphold award-winning safety protocols across corporate and project sites
- Report to the Corporate EHS Assistant Manager
- Collaborate closely with the Site Operations teams
- Maintain existing training plans established by EHS Leadership
- Select approved training methods or activities
- Apply OSHA principles and stay current with regulations
- Solicit and gather feedback from assigned regions and projects
- Collaborate on project kickoff, job site requirements, auditing, training, incidents, tracking, and PPE requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- A two- or four-year accredited degree in an EHS-related field
- Additional certifications such as 500, 502, 501, CHSO, OHST, SSH, SHEP, and OSHA 30 in construction may be considered
- Preferred three to five years of experience in industrial automation, electrical, and safety construction
- Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (but not required)
- Experience with e-learning platforms and competent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
