About the role

  • Participate in, assist with, and support the execution of project activities;
  • Create test scenarios using the tools employed by the client;
  • Perform manual validation of functionalities;
  • Implement and drive the quality process (shift-left testing);
  • Define and bring DOR (Definition of Ready) and DOD (Definition of Done) to the team;
  • Support and define the priority and criticality of test scenarios, performing risk mapping;
  • Promote a culture of quality and testing;
  • Participate in Squad ceremonies;
  • Communicate with team members for alignment and project coordination when necessary;
  • Create and analyze test data for validation;
  • Set up and prepare test environments;
  • Analyze defects and requirements;
  • Report bugs with supporting evidence;
  • Monitor the bug backlog, ensuring the quality of deliverables;
  • Develop and document routines, business rules, and client usage procedures based on detailed requirements;
  • Understand area metrics and propose actions to implement necessary improvements, ensuring targets are met;
  • Propose improvements to software development and quality processes;
  • Create automation for frontend and backend.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of manual testing
  • Knowledge of test management tools
  • Solid understanding of the testing pyramid
  • Experience in defining test scenarios
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
  • Ability to maintain effective communication with diverse team profiles
  • Proactivity, dynamism, and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work autonomously while relying on team support when needed.
