About the role

  • Map processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Define and evolve end-to-end testing strategies
  • Develop automation for web, mobile, API, and desktop
  • Ensure quality from requirements through delivery
  • Execute functional and non-functional tests
  • Create and maintain test scenarios (manual and automated)
  • Analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, and support fixes
  • Improve CI/CD and the automation pipeline
  • Manage test data, environments, and documentation
  • Serve as the technical reference within the team

Requirements

  • Strong experience in test automation
  • Experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG or similar tools
  • Programming in .NET, Java, or Delphi
  • Experience with BDD (Gherkin)
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, Insomnia)
  • Knowledge of front-end and back-end testing
  • Experience with SQL / PL/SQL
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, BrowserStack or similar platforms
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Proficiency in Robot Framework
