Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation (required)
An existing or transferable book of business, or demonstrated ability to build one
Working knowledge of freight brokerage operations and carrier negotiation
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
Background in customer service and account management
