About the role

  • Channel Development: You strategically build and further develop our specialty channels (pharmacy, travel retail, online retail, concept stores)
  • Account Management: You manage existing partners and acquire new clients through persuasive pitches and assortment proposals
  • Promotions & Trade Marketing: You plan promotions, secondary placements and POS materials together with Marketing
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Marketing, Operations, Regulatory and E‑commerce
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: You identify trends, uncover new distribution opportunities and develop appropriate strategies
  • Trade Fairs & Partner Events: You represent Glow25 at industry trade shows and client meetings

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally focused on pharmacy, travel retail or online retail
  • Experience in the FMCG, beauty or health sectors
  • Structured, independent working style with a strong hunter mindset
  • Excellent English skills; German is a plus
  • Confident use of tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and CRM systems
