About the role

  • As an Operations Finance Manager (all genders) at Glow25, you will build modern controlling for our supply chain and act as a business partner to the Operations Management team.
  • You will take responsibility for inventory valuation and continuously develop our inventory controlling.
  • You will create transparency around stock levels, goods movements and their financial impact.
  • You will analyze key supply chain and operations KPIs such as inventory, COGS, logistics costs and forecast accuracy.
  • You will act as a business partner for Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement, bringing financial perspectives into operational decisions.
  • You will support budget planning, forecasts and operational financial planning.
  • You will build dashboards, reporting structures and KPIs and continuously improve them.
  • You will prepare business cases for operational decisions, for example regarding suppliers, logistics setups or inventory strategies.
  • You will identify cost and working-capital optimization opportunities across the entire value chain.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.
  • You have experience in controlling, operations finance, supply chain analytics or consulting.
  • You have some exposure to inventory, cost structures or operational KPIs — this is a strong plus.
  • You think analytically, work in a data-driven way and can present complex relationships clearly and understandably.
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and keep track of priorities even in a dynamic environment.
  • You have very strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable working with numbers.
  • You have experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, or are motivated to learn them quickly.
  • Ideally, you have already worked with ERP or financial systems.
  • You are interested in data analysis, reporting and the development of meaningful KPIs.
