About the role
- Build and iterate AI-powered operational workflows
- Implement agents, connectors, and automations to reduce manual work
- Collaborate with CS, Ops, and Web to translate operational needs into technical workflows
- Own iteration, debugging, testing, and evaluation of workflow reliability
- Expand coverage across operational use cases as new automation opportunities emerge
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals
- Experience integrating APIs and building data or process flows
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration and retrieval patterns
- Ability to apply architectural patterns defined by the senior engineer
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and iteration skills
