Ownership of building and expanding the international B2B business in the Netherlands and the BeNeLux region – focusing on drugstores, grocery retail, and relevant platforms
Strategically develop international key accounts, manage collaborations, and nurture existing partnerships
Prepare pitches, assortment proposals, and promotional plans, and conduct annual meetings independently
Analyze market and competitor trends, identify new opportunities, and spot potential partners
Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings – including on-site
Requirements
Several years of experience in international key account management – ideally in FMCG, Beauty, Health or Nutrition
Deep understanding of the Dutch retail landscape, especially regarding drugstores and/or grocery retail
Confident communication in German and English – Dutch language skills are a big plus
Proactive and structured work style, with a strong hands-on mentality
Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and CRM systems
