About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide effective advice and support in a timely and proactive manner to key business stakeholders / senior management
  • Manage and support business stakeholders in all People cycles such as salary reviews, performance reviews and engagement action planning
  • Address and resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and complex disciplinary issues and dismissals
  • Own and deliver complex and cross-functional projects and drive progress towards business goal
  • Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role operating in a global, fast-paced and global/distributed environment. Ideally within a Tech team.
  • Experience in managing and resolving employees’ disciplinary issues in partnership with your business stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application, good knowledge of the CCNL Commercio is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and Italian language
  • High proficiency in Google Suite applications and high confidence in data management problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational and relational skills to manage and prioritize multiple activities, initiatives and employee relations effectively.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-team/department activities as project manager and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
