About the role
- Analyze user needs through interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions
- Map workflows and pain points, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities
- Design clear and intuitive interfaces that simplify complex tasks
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups for real-user testing
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers for quality implementation
- Contribute to a scalable and consistent design system with reusable components
- Ensure accessibility and usability following UX best practices
- Run user testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Translate usage data into actionable design decisions
- Refine visual design for clarity and modern aesthetics
Requirements
- Experience in product design, preferably in product companies
- A portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in UX/UI designs, design thinking, and creation of user flows
- Comfortable reading analytics dashboards, understanding funnels, and translating data into actions
- Proficiency in Figma, knowledge of prototyping and handoff best practices
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to design compliant components
- Strong communication skills and collaboration with developers and stakeholders
- Curiosity for exploring new design methods and product improvements
- Fluency in English is required
