About the role
- Help shape the direction of Priceline's affiliate program, identifying new opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends
- Drive order volume and ROI by deepening relationships with top-tier partners and activating newly onboarded affiliates to diversify the program
- Design and run placement, commission, incentive, and creative tests to continuously improve performance
- Own campaign operations end-to-end: tracking, payments, coupons, compliance monitoring, and partner inquiries
- Monitor KPIs, surface actionable insights, and deliver weekly/monthly reports that highlight what's working and what's next
- Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and Product to align affiliate initiatives with broader company goals
- Keep a pulse on the affiliate landscape to inform strategy and uncover whitespace opportunities
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
- Bachelor's degree required
- A track record of growing affiliate programs
- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills
- Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams
- Flexibility to travel up to 10%
- Passion for travel, technology, and innovation
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Partnerize, Impact, CJ, Rakuten)
- Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.
