About the role
- Provide prospective clients with an immediate phone consultation.
- Match them with the right attorney for their needs.
- Complete the retainer agreement.
- Quickly assess the need the potential client has for our services.
- Move through the call efficiently while adhering to a workflow.
- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice.
- Listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner.
- Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the intake team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in criminal defense law required.
- Current member of the bar, in good standing.
- Experience working in a law firm intake capacity.
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically over the phone is a must.
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software is desired.
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills.
- Customer/client service or sales experience a big plus!
