About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team in the area of software license renewals
- Prepare quotes and follow up on them
- Independently research and calculate purchasing conditions
- Independently manage and organize the shared group mailbox
- Assist the team lead by attending selected vendor meetings/events
- Maintain and document our internal database
- Monitor delivery dates and carry out quality control
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., Office Administrator, Office Communications Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant, E‑Commerce Merchant
- As a career changer, you have basic commercial or business administration knowledge to understand topics such as price calculation
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of reliability, as well as a quick grasp
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Experienced and confident use of all MS Office applications
- Good numerical understanding, customer-oriented feedback culture and strong communication skills
- Strong team orientation to achieve common goals
