About the role
- Independently acquire and develop new sales partners (resellers, MSPs, MSSPs) in the DACH region and sustainably build a partner network
- Successfully position modern IT security solutions with your partners — we provide the technical know-how; you contribute your sales and relationship management skills
- Establish, maintain and further develop long-term, collaborative business relationships
- Identify and qualify business opportunities and actively manage the sales pipeline and forecasts
- Work closely with vendors on joint sales activities and go-to-market campaigns
- Gradually take on key account responsibility for strategically important partners
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, open personality — you enjoy interacting with people and find it easy to do so
- Initial experience in sales, customer management, or a comparable role with intensive customer contact
- Resilience and perseverance — you stay focused and motivated even when faced with challenges
- High self-motivation and a desire for continuous development — we invest in your growth when you proactively take on responsibility
- Interest in IT and cyber security — deep technical expertise is not required, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
