About the role
- Coordination and execution of procurement processes across the value chain in the areas of order entry, order processing and shipping
- Recording and processing of customer orders and purchase orders in the ERP system, tools and web portals
- Negotiation of purchasing terms and supplier sourcing
- Monitoring delivery dates and handling complaints/claims
- Close cooperation with the sales units
Requirements
- Professional experience, ideally in purchasing, order entry or logistics within the IT industry
- Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and business operations
- Technical understanding and interest in IT topics
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — in both German and English
- Resilience, flexibility and a solution-oriented approach, even under time pressure
- Team player with a collaborative attitude and an open, respectful manner
