About the role
- Coordinate and execute procurement processes across the value chain in the areas of order entry, order processing and shipping
- Record and process customer orders and purchase orders in the ERP system, tools and web portals
- Negotiate purchasing terms and research sourcing options
- Track delivery dates and handle complaints
- Work closely with the sales units
Requirements
- Professional experience, ideally in purchasing, order entry or logistics within the IT industry
- Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and business/financial interrelations
- Technical aptitude and interest in IT topics
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — in both German and English
- Resilience, flexibility and solution orientation under time pressure
- Team player with enjoyment of collaboration and an open, respectful manner
