About the role
- Work as part of a small and diverse team to implement Previse software within the Previse Project Implementation Framework
- Understand ETRM requirements and configure software to meet those requirements
- Test implementations, train users, and support go-live activities
- Act as an intermediary between clients and internal development teams to ensure software meets client expectations
- Analyze and translate requirements into functional specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or closely related area
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on IT implementations in a client-facing Professional Services team, ideally within the Energy or Trading sector
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to bridge knowledge gaps
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities
- Basic SQL / database management skills
- Familiarity with some Project Management methodologies
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in German is desirable along with any other languages
