About the role

  • Provide telephone consultations to potential new clients (no cold calling).
  • Conduct structured consultation meetings via video call.
  • Proactively reach out to interested prospects and conduct initial introductory meetings.
  • Coordinate freelancers and ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Identify and address common objections using professional objection-handling techniques.
  • Responsible for the customer relationship management system (CRM) and for building strong client relationships.
  • Monthly analysis and reporting of sales KPIs to management.

Requirements

  • University degree, ideally in Business, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience in sales, customer support, or account management.
  • Proven track record of successful closing/conversion rates.
  • Empathetic, strong communication skills, and a professional presence.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
  • Proficient with digital tools such as MS Office, CRM systems, and Zoom.
  • Self-organized, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic remote team.
