Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous sales experience, ideally in B2C
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong phone confidence
Analytical ability to engage in complex conversations and advise borrowers
Ability to grow your portfolio through client recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity and eagerness to learn from diverse colleagues
