About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You grow your portfolio by actively prospecting from an existing base of identified clients
- You support clients in their loan insurance projects. Your objective: help them save money and/or obtain a higher level of coverage
- Your role is to make the process as simple as possible by removing all administrative burden: Pretto handles 100% of the transfer from insurer A to insurer B
- You identify referral opportunities among your clients
- You contribute to the development of the insurance team by helping continuously improve our processes and our tools & tech
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least one initial commercial/sales experience (including internships or work-study placements)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease on the phone
- Ability to be pedagogical: you simplify and explain opaque administrative processes to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Curiosity and a desire to learn quickly from diverse profiles (web, software engineers, credit specialists, etc.)
- A flair for organization and rigor: two essential qualities to succeed in this role!
