About the role
- Convert a large volume of highly qualified inbound leads
- Manage a client portfolio and generate 25% of your revenue through referrals
- Guide clients in structuring the best financing solution for their property projects and ensure client retention
- Negotiate with banks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and technologies while working closely with an outstanding Tech/Product team
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales, preferably in B2C
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong phone presence
- Analytical ability to engage in complex conversations and advise borrowers
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn quickly by collaborating with diverse profiles (web specialists, software engineers, credit specialists, etc.)
- Exceptional mental flexibility and adaptability
