  • Convert a large volume of highly qualified inbound leads

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, preferably in B2C
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong phone presence
  • Analytical ability to engage in complex conversations and advise borrowers
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication
  • Curiosity and a strong desire to learn quickly by collaborating with diverse profiles (web specialists, software engineers, credit specialists, etc.)
  • Exceptional mental flexibility and adaptability
