Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership (or anticipated) in Maine
- 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and commercial real estate acquisitions/development/financing
- Experience in all phases of commercial loan and real estate transactions
- Experience with land use and permitting matters, title examinations, and title insurance preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork
- Ability to manage complicated matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Existing book of business a plus but not required
