Act as the focal point for data analysis for internal teams (Creative, Media and Account) and clients
Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to monitor performance KPIs
Prepare campaign and results-cycle reports, providing diagnostic analyses and strategic recommendations
Present results and insights in regular client meetings
Ensure the quality, organization and consolidation of data from different platforms
Monitor the performance of social networks and digital campaigns, suggesting real-time adjustments
Configure UTMs, pixels and tracking structures, ensuring correct campaign measurement
Create automated dashboards integrating data from platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other digital sources
Identify opportunities to optimize performance, suggesting adjustments to creatives, audiences and media spend
Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, competitors and industry trends
Produce analyses that explain what happened, why it happened and the next strategic steps

Requirements

Experience with data analysis applied to digital or performance marketing
Proficiency with media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation)
Knowledge of tagging, UTMs and conversion pixels
Basic knowledge of SQL or data integration is considered a plus
Experience with social listening tools is a plus
