• **Vision & strategy**
• Define the Cloud & Platform vision in alignment with PrestaShop’s technical strategy.
• Drive the transition to a GitOps and Zero Trust infrastructure.
• Lead major platform projects (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, security).
• Contribute to architecture governance and key technical decisions.
• **Leadership & management**
• Lead, coach and grow the Cloud Platform team (DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineers).
• Establish and run team rituals: 1:1s, feedback, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Support skills development and promote a culture of reliability and operational excellence.
• Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding new talent.
• **Operations & reliability**
• Ensure the stability, performance and security of Cloud environments (primarily GCP).
• Implement SRE practices: observability, alerting, SLOs, post-mortems, and runbooks.
• Oversee access compliance and security (IAM, VPC, secrets management, ZTNA).
• Drive cost monitoring and FinOps strategy.
• **Delivery & automation**
• Industrialize deployments and promote Infrastructure as Code / GitOps best practices (Terraform, ArgoCD).
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Platform and Security teams to build reusable golden paths and abstractions.
• Support product squads in adopting internal Cloud tools.
