About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with client stakeholders using Press Ganey and client data assets to respond to industry changes and identify improvement and growth opportunities
  • Partner with health plans and medical groups to complete data analysis, data interpretation, and process design
  • Lead analysis across Stars measure domains, including CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, medication adherence, and operational measures
  • Conduct performance trending, cut point and gap analysis, and analyze member experience drivers
  • Summarize conclusions and recommendations
  • Train clients on Stars and member experience best practices and process improvement
  • Coordinate actions, delegate work, and leverage internal and client resources
  • Manage engagement scope, timelines, deliverables, budget, and outcomes
  • Lead preparation of client deliverables, including data analyses, assessments, quality reviews, training, and presentations
  • Build and manage successful client relationships
  • Serve as direct client point of contact and establish strategic working relationships
  • Communicate risks and recommendations to project management and influence client audiences
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize project activities using work plans and project management tools
  • Monitor CMS guidance, rate announcements, and technical specification updates and summarize implications
  • Support integration of Stars consulting deliverables with Hyperlift analytics and CAHPS/HOS survey insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of previous work experience in health plan quality, Star Ratings, and/or experience management
  • Hands-on exposure to Medicare Advantage
  • Experience in one or more of: HEDIS operations and rate improvement; CAHPS and member experience improvement; medication adherence and Part D measures; HOS and health outcomes measurement; Medicare Stars and NCQA government programs
  • Proven track record of quality or experience improvement with health plan stakeholders
  • Exposure to Special Needs Plans, including D-SNP, C-SNP, or I-SNP, strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience driving performance improvement initiatives
  • Strong data analytic skills using Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, or similar tools
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree
