About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead clients through ingesting HRIS data into Press Ganey systems, from initial process discussions through testing and finalizing data files and update plans
  • Advise clients on maximizing the value of Press Ganey partnerships for engagement, milestone, and pulse surveys
  • Draft and maintain data rules to ensure accuracy and identify missing data
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop timely, accurate data-sharing plans
  • Support service failures and recovery
  • Perform standard data integration configurations
  • Cascade requirements to downstream teams and verify configuration accuracy
  • Confirm requirements with upstream teams and provide configuration status updates
  • Escalate operational risks and SOP deviations to managers
  • Ensure timely, accurate data integration delivery while following SOPs and quality standards
  • Track tasks, mitigate risks, proactively escalate blockers, and document integration decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of healthcare, quality improvement, or project management experience
  • Proven excellence supporting and servicing complex customers and/or data sets preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify, research, and solve complex problems with urgency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Higher-level Excel skills preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to question, probe, and challenge clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
