About the role

  • Facilitate and execute projects and surveys on time and within budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and nurture key relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Engage in daily interaction and coordination with both internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate and successfully complete projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Own all aspects of project management, from setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities to monitoring progress and driving the project forward.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Forsta clients, building deep relationships with Forsta Surveys and Forsta Plus customers.
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service skills by truly understanding customer needs and nurturing their accounts.
  • Provide continual updates to management regarding the status of projects and accounts, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and growing the business with existing customers.
  • Manage customer projects from start to finish, including preparing survey proposals, executing the full project, and handling project invoicing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, maintaining daily interaction via phone and email.
  • Provide timely solutions to support client needs and drive the day-to-day business.
  • Immerse yourself in clients' businesses, understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, and industries.
  • You'll know their business model, how it performs, and what success looks like for them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the Market Research or Advertising industry is essential.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience.
  • Prior account/project management experience.
  • Experience with Forsta Surveys (Decipher) and/or Forsta Plus (Confirmit) is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term business partnerships with clients.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively manage all responsibilities associated with the role.
