About the role
- Facilitate and execute projects and surveys on time and within budget throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and nurture key relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Engage in daily interaction and coordination with both internal and external teams.
- Coordinate and successfully complete projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Own all aspects of project management, from setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities to monitoring progress and driving the project forward.
- Act as the single point of contact for Forsta clients, building deep relationships with Forsta Surveys and Forsta Plus customers.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service skills by truly understanding customer needs and nurturing their accounts.
- Provide continual updates to management regarding the status of projects and accounts, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and growing the business with existing customers.
- Manage customer projects from start to finish, including preparing survey proposals, executing the full project, and handling project invoicing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, maintaining daily interaction via phone and email.
- Provide timely solutions to support client needs and drive the day-to-day business.
- Immerse yourself in clients' businesses, understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, and industries.
- You'll know their business model, how it performs, and what success looks like for them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the Market Research or Advertising industry is essential.
- 2+ years of client-facing experience.
- Prior account/project management experience.
- Experience with Forsta Surveys (Decipher) and/or Forsta Plus (Confirmit) is a plus.
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term business partnerships with clients.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively manage all responsibilities associated with the role.
