Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve proposal development and consulting project budgeting/oversight
Develop and maintain SOPs for business operations
Support creation, review, and approval of proposals and project budgets
Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements
Enhance user experience for operational tools including Kantata and Salesforce
Partner with senior leadership to design scalable operational strategies
Mentor and develop operational staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in consulting/business operations
Deep expertise in project management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial model development
Experience drafting and approving proposals
Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
Strong proficiency with professional services automation tools, particularly Kantata
Demonstrated ability to build processes, automate workflows, and drive operational change
Proven success supervising or mentoring team members
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
