About the role
- Build and lead the Program Office function from the ground up
- Define governance, standards, and best practices for program management
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives
- Oversee team and ensure delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects
- Implement reporting and metrics to track progress and outcomes
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and Board-level executives
- Identify client needs and connect them with the right Press Ganey resources for maximum impact
- Direct and mentor engagement teams, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client objectives
- Lead innovation efforts within Consulting, expanding methodologies, tools, and technology
- Develop proposals, budgets, and project plans that align with client goals and deliver measurable outcomes
- Drive incremental consulting and product sales through strategic relationship-building and integrated solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience in executive-level relationship management and strategic advisory
- Strong background in experience measurement and management, with expertise in behavioral science practices
- Demonstrated success in large-scale client implementations across multiple healthcare business lines
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Significant knowledge of healthcare industry trends, with experience from both provider and health plan perspectives strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
