About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process project-based scopes and service requests as they arrive through email
  • Act as the single point of contact for all engineering scopes and service requests
  • Assemble an appropriate team based on skillset, scheduled meetings, project plan timelines
  • Ensure projects start in a timely manner
  • Consistently monitor engineering schedules to deliver maximum utilization
  • Internal communication with engineering managers, account managers, and project managers
  • Add, cancel or make changes to engineer schedules
  • Resolve appointment conflicts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 6+ years of experience working in a professional/corporate/office environment
  • 6+ years of customer experience
  • Experience/understanding of technology projects and scheduling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience/understanding of technology projects is desirable but not essential
  • Be self-motivated! Energetic! Positive! Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work well with deadlines in a highly fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems and think quickly
  • Flexibility to adapt well to ever-changing priorities is a plus
  • Must be dependable & personable with great customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship skills
