About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead full‑cycle recruiting Engineering (Data Engineers, Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI Engineers, etc.)
Deliver 20+ successful hires over a 3‑month engagement, balancing speed with quality
Partner closely with Engineering Leaders to understand business priorities, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market mapping—going beyond inbound applicants
Conduct thorough candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination
Manage offer processes, including candidate negotiation and offer acceptance
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruiting dashboards
Serve as a brand ambassador for Presidio, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience
Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks to delivery timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment
Experience supporting high‑volume hiring initiatives under tight timelines
Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior Sales stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, results‑oriented contract role
Background recruiting for B2B technology, managed services, or professional services organizations
Experience hiring across multiple regions or territories
