About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement digital workspace architectures including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management
Develop and maintain standards, policies, and best practices for deployment, configuration, and security
Collaborate with architects, sales teams, and clients to define technology roadmaps that align with business outcomes
Plan, deploy, and migrate complex digital workspace solutions focusing on SharePoint architecture modernization
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of client digital workspaces
Mentor and provide technical escalation support to mid-level and junior engineers
Contribute to presales activities, knowledge sharing, and practice development as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure/digital workspace engineering
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot)
Modern SharePoint architecture and information management
Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity (Entra Connect)
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience/military background
Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator/Enterprise Administrator, and relevant Copilot/SharePoint specialization credentials
