Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, optimize, and support modern workplace solutions for enterprise clients
Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and collaboration tools
Lead the design and implementation of digital workspace architectures
Plan, deploy, and migrate complex digital workspace solutions
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of client digital workspaces

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure/digital workspace engineering (or 5+ years at senior level)
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot)
Modern SharePoint architecture and information management, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity (Entra Connect)
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (enablement, governance, integration, and optimization)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience/military background
Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator/Enterprise Administrator, and relevant Copilot/SharePoint specialization credentials.
