Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (including military experience)
10+ years in digital/cloud solution delivery and consulting
7+ years in architecture/solution design
5+ years hands-on with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with modern app and data stacks (for example, microservices, event-driven or serverless architectures; Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent)
Extreme ownership, grit, and resilience; comfortable running toward ambiguous, politically complex opportunities and shaping them into structured pursuits
Strong consultative presales aptitude with a context-first, problem-framing approach
Demonstrated executive presence with comfort leading presentations, whiteboards, and solution discussions with CIO/CTO/SVP-level stakeholders
Deep background in software and/or data engineering (building and shipping applications, data platforms, or pipelines)
Track record in presales or principal architect / client principal-type roles
