Key responsibilities & impact

Support and lead workstreams across multi-phase technology transformation engagements
Translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies
Contribute meaningfully to AI strategy conversations
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Apply rigorous, hypothesis-driven analytical frameworks to diagnose complex technology and organizational challenges
Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively
Define and monitor success criteria for client engagements
Contribute to team knowledge assets, proposals, and thought leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Management consulting excellence sharpened by at least four years with a Big Four firm
Enterprise technology strategy, operating model design, and large-scale transformation leadership
Cloud-smart platform strategy (any major cloud provider) and application modernization
Executive stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and governance
Metrics-driven decision making and delivery assurance
Risk identification and proactive escalation in complex, multi-workstream engagements
Working knowledge of AI concepts and enterprise AI adoption patterns
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
12+ years in management consulting, enterprise technology strategy, or digital transformation
