Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in a technical team through the deployment of a project in ServiceNow
Work with the Solutions Architect, Business Process Consultant, and Project Manager to configure ServiceNow according to project scope
Gathering requirements from the client
Participate in design development with the Solutions Architect
Implementing requirements defined in Agile stories and tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as an Administrator or Developer of the ServiceNow platform
Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration and customization
Strong JavaScripting experience
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Experience with ITIL framework (preferred)
ServiceNow System Admin Certification (preferred)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred)
