About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-quality, multi-channel marketing campaigns within the marketing automation platform (MAP)
  • Ensure campaigns are built with precision, tracked accurately, and delivered with a seamless and engaging customer experience
  • Support campaign planning and intake processes
  • Own key aspects of the campaign operating model, including workflow management, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
  • Drive operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across campaign delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing, demand generation, and operations teams to align campaign execution with strategic objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns within a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot)
  • Proven ability to build and launch campaigns including email, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs
  • Experience implementing campaign tracking frameworks, including UTMs, naming conventions, and attribution inputs
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, list management, and data hygiene best practices
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of MAP-CRM integration
  • Experience supporting campaign planning, intake processes, and campaign calendars
  • Experience managing workflows and projects within project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in campaign setup, QA, and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot campaign or system issues independently
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional stakeholders.
