About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, develop, and grow the AI Strategy & Advisory Consulting team of consultants.
- Lead client engagements to define AI opportunities and build executable frameworks.
- Oversee the development of AI business cases and investment justification deliverables.
- Ensure the consulting team stays engaged through delivery.
- Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and materials for AI topics.
- Partner with sales teams to shape new AI opportunities.
- Drive revenue from fee-based AI consulting services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years in technology consulting, AI strategy, or enterprise advisory roles.
- 7+ years leading consulting or advisory teams.
- Strong financial acumen for AI business cases, TCO/ROI models.
- Proven experience facilitating executive workshops.
- Strong command of AI/ML concepts, Agentic AI, LLMs.
- Experience applying structured consulting methodologies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
