About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and lead Managed Services sales opportunities in collaboration with the core sales team.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points, business drivers, and technical requirements.
- Build proposals, presentations, scopes of work, pricing models, and ROI-based business cases.
- Partner with architects, operations, service delivery, and solution development teams to ensure proposals align with delivery capabilities and client expectations.
- Assist with building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout the presales cycle.
- Capture and relay client insights and feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent work experience and / or military experience
- 6+ years of experience in a technical presales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role – preferably in Managed Services or IT Services
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into viable service solutions
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Comfortable in front of both technical and business audiences
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, quoting platforms, and proposal software
- Understanding of ITIL, service delivery models, or MSP operations is a plus
