About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and lead Managed Services sales opportunities in collaboration with the core sales team
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points, business drivers, and technical requirements
  • Provide technical training, education, and support to internal sales teams to help them effectively position Managed Services
  • Build proposals, presentations, scopes of work, pricing models, and ROI-based business cases
  • Partner with architects, operations, service delivery, and solution development teams to ensure proposals align with delivery capabilities and client expectations
  • Assist with building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout the presales cycle
  • Capture and relay client insights and feedback to product and operations teams to improve service offerings and customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent work experience and / or military experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a technical presales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role – preferably in Managed Services or IT Services
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into viable service solutions
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
  • Comfortable in front of both technical and business audiences
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, quoting platforms, and proposal software
  • Understanding of ITIL, service delivery models, or MSP operations is a plus.
