Key responsibilities & impact

Create detailed "bill of materials" (BOM) and schematic designs for structured cabling systems
Determine requirements for rack-level power, including monitoring and connector types
Design physical layout of cabinets to maximize cooling efficiency
Design and oversee installation of overhead ladder racks and conduit pathways
Establish standards for Fluke testing and interpret optical time-domain results
Enforce strict documentation standards for cable runs and power ports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and / or military experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in physical infrastructure consulting
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance
