About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and objectives
- Define the organization's cloud strategy and roadmap
- Architect and design cloud-based solutions that align with business and technical requirements
- Plan, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure
- Develop and implement cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures
- Assess existing IT systems and develop strategies for migrating to the cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance on cloud architecture
- Establish a cloud governance framework, policies, and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proficiency in cloud architecture design principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure components in the cloud
- Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
