About the role
- Designing and implementing ITAM solutions using ServiceNow's SAM and HAM modules.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Architecting end-to-end ITAM solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Designing and configuring ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules.
- Providing technical guidance and support for ITAM implementation.
- Conducting assessments of current ITAM processes and systems.
- Staying updated on industry trends and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Conducting training sessions on ITAM best practices.
- Collaborating with vendors for licensing agreements and optimization.
- Monitoring and evaluating ITAM solution performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience
- Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect, with a focus on IT Asset Management, and expertise in implementing ServiceNow SAM and HAM.
- In-depth knowledge of ITAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware asset lifecycles, licensing models, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization related to SAM and HAM modules.
- Solid experience in designing and implementing end-to-end ITAM solutions, including integrations with other IT systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills to drive ITAM initiatives.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
- ServiceNow certifications for HAM and SAM are preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow) are highly desirable.
