About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement ITAM solutions using ServiceNow SAM and HAM

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
- Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect, focusing on IT Asset Management
- Expertise in implementing ServiceNow SAM and HAM
- In-depth knowledge of ITAM principles, best practices, and industry standards
- Strong understanding of software and hardware asset lifecycles, licensing models, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization related to SAM and HAM modules
- Solid experience designing and implementing end-to-end ITAM solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
