About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Onboard and setup of new customers
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for our customers in conjunction with account managers
- Attend customer meetings to strengthen existing relationships, forge new relationships to better understand customer objectives, and participate in the close-out of projects
- Maintain Salesforce account data integrity to ensure customer account, contact, and project information is accurate and up-to-date
- Work with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements
- Generate accurate quotes for solution business
- Manage the registration process to ensure the best pricing possible for both Presidio and customers with input from the Account Manager and leveraging the Deals Desk
- Participate in sales operations meetings as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience and/or military experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Experience with SLED customers and contracts
- Preferred experience with Cisco, Dell/EMC, VM Ware Sales
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (excel, word, etc)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space
